Rotenturm Castle is located in the spa region of sunny southern Burgenland and is one of the most beautiful historic castles in Austria. Through a careful, complete renovation, an ideal and exclusive infrastructure that meets 21st-century standards was created for various events. Nestled in an 11-hectare English landscape park, you and your guests will be treated to the highest comfort.
Since 2008, Rotenturm Castle has been owned by Prof. Heinz Schinner, who extensively revitalized the castle in close cooperation with the Federal Office for the Protection of Monuments until 2015. Today, the castle shines in new splendor – all prerequisites for a wonderful, extraordinary and changeable location are thus given.
The Viennese property and insurance expert Prof. Heinz Schinner acquired the fairy-tale castle, which had fallen into decay, and revitalized it in cooperation with the Federal Monuments Office. He now resides in Rotenturm Castle with his family and has openned up the festival halls on the ground floor to the public for events.

Are you looking for an extraordinary location for your dream wedding? Then you have come to the right place, because Rotenturm Castle is so much more than just an ordinary event location. The seven festive rooms with space for up to 130 people invite you to celebrate, meet and linger. For your fairy-tale wedding, three different wedding venues are exclusively available: our Sala terrena, the castle’s own chapel or the Rosenhügel with a breathtaking view of the historic building. Even the most demanding guests will be completely thrilled!
Convince yourself of the charm of the building, built in the 1860s and now freshly revitalized, which – embedded in the eleven-hectare English landscape park – shines in the center of Rotenturm. Rotenturm Castle opens its doors for your event, which your customers and employees will remember with pleasure: W-LAN, sound system, high voltage current and much more is available. You rent exactly those rooms that you need for the type of event and number of guests.
Whether it’s a press conference, seminar, workshop, company anniversary or a party for customers and employees – the castle is exclusively available to you in every case.

The 34-meter high campanile-like tower offers views over the treetops. The object is ideal for advertising and fashion shoots, catalog production, commercial film productions or feature films. Thanks to the eleven-hectare landscaped park surrounding the southern Burgenland dream castle, there is a pleasant silence when it’s time for „And action!“
